Darby the Dog needs a home



Darby is a good ol' boy in the truest Lab sense! At about 10 years of age, he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He's a big boy, at about 80 pounds, but isn't fat. He gets on very well with his foster brother and sister, rides well in a car and loves a gentle game of fetch. He's very intelligent and even figured out the doggie door by himself, without any prompting, even though he'd never seen one before. He gets along well with dogs he knows, but his behavior with cats is unknown. He's in good health, up to date on vaccines, neutered and ready to go to some lucky family.


An inspection of your home to verify that it is ready for a big dog will be required to adopt from us. We also want to interview you and your family to fully and accurately understand your needs, desires, and concerns. We incur expenses in doing so and therefore ask for a $20 application fee to help defray them.  Visit our site to apply.
